Are the DVDs sold by Reystar.com brand new?
All the DVDs sold by Reystar.com are brand new region 1 factory sealed products released by U.S. studios. They are the same ones you find at stores such as Walmart or BestBuy.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to U.S. addresses at this time (Except for California).
Do you ship to every state in the U.S.?
We ship to every state except for California. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA ADDRESSES.
How soon will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturdays will normally ship the following Monday.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority mail which takes on average 2-3 days.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge a flat $2.59 shipping and handling fee.
What methods of payment are available?
We accept Paypal payments and credit card payments through Paypal (Note: You don't need a Paypal account to pay by credit card). If you wish to pay by check or money order, email us at dvds@reystar.com for instructions. Please note that, if paying by check, your check must clear before we ship your order.
You may also pay using other methods available through Amazon Marketplace if you purchase our DVDs through them (Seller ID: reystar-dot-com-dvds).
What do I do if I want to order multiple items? Will you combine shipping charges?
Yes, we will combine shipping charges for multiple items shipped in one box. If you wish to purchase multiple items, email us to dvds@reystar.com letting us know which items you wish to purchase and we will reply, normally within 24 hours, with the total you must pay including shipping and handling charges. Note: This only applies if you purchase our DVDs directly and not through Amazon Marketplace.
What is your return policy?
Defective dvd sets may be returned for a replacement if available within 7 days of delivery. Non-defective dvd sets may be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery using USPS Priority Mail. Upon receipt, a refund of your purchase price minus our shipping and handling charges will be issued.
